On Trello
- Log in with your Google id.
- Go to this season’s video management board.
- Use the checklists on the card for each event. An event can be a tournament or a dual meet.
- As you finish each phase, please remember to move the card to the Checking phase.
- Be sure to add comments for ANY special reason – from equipment problems to notes about videos that needs special attention.
On Google Docs (“gDocs”)
- In Trello, go to the Resources column and you will see a card for the tennis team Google doc (gdoc). This is a spreadsheet that connects information between the YouTube video and the Grow Tennis Now page listings.
- Be sure to fill out the fields for each match played during the event, whether it was video recorded or not. When video is added, then the links will be live on GTN to display the video.
